Deluxe Suite with Private Outdoor Pool The accommodation (40 m2). as it is located on a hill, offers a panoramic view and is an excellent choice for those who want to spend their holidays away from the noisy areas of the island. The suite is luxurious, modern and provides a private heated pool, free WiFi and pnvate parking.
Internally it consists of a single space that functions as a living room and bedroom, a counter with kitchen essentials (fridge. electrical appliances. dishes. cutlery) and a bathroom. There is a three-seater sofa. a queen size bed. built-in wardrobe, TV and air conditioner. There is also a large glass window, with full blackout curtains, which can be opened to give you full access to the pool area.
Externally is the swimming pool (19 m2) with hydromassage and the terrace with outdoor mattress and furniture. The entire pool area is surrounded by a wall.
WE PROVIDE: • Transfer from/to the airport or port on the day of arrivaVdeparture. • Rental of cars. scooters. ATVs, as well as yachts/catamarans. • Discount at partner restaurants which deliver meals. • Individual or group yoga classes. • Massage options at our place.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: • Check-in from 15:00 till 00:00. Check-out from 00:00 till 12:00. • The cleaning of the space and the change of linen is carried out at no extra charge and every third day. This frequency can be changed after communication. For daily service the charge will be 30E for each of the additional days. • The swimming pool is provided free of charge, however, its heating is provided at an additional cost of 30 E per day.
MINIMUM STAY: March till May & October till November: 1 night June till September: 2 nights
HOSTING RULES: • Pets and any events/parties are only allowed upon request. You should notify us in time.
• Smoking is stnctly prohibited indoors. • Due to the absence of a lifeguard, the pool is used at your own risk. • The cost of any losses or damage to the household equipment will be deducted from the guarantee amount.
