Deluxe 2 Bedroom Apartment with Private Outdoor Pool
The accommodation (72 m2). as it is located on a hill, offers a panoramic view and is an excellent choice for those who want to spend their holidays away from the noisy areas of the island. The apartment is luxurious. modern and provides a private heated pool, free WiFi and private parking.

Internally it consists of a living room with a built-in sofa, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, electrical appliances) with a dining area and two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed and has direct access to the pool. while the other has two single beds. Both the living room and the bedrooms are equipped with TVs and air conditioners.

Externally is the swimming pool (27 m2) with hydromassage and a spacious terrace with sofas. dining table, sunbeds. umbrellas and hammock. The entire exterior space is surrounded by built-in glass.

WE PROVIDE: • Transfer from/to the airport or port on the day of arrivaVdeparture. • Rental of cars. scooters, ATVs. as well as yachts/catamarans. • Discount at partner restaurants which deliver meals. • Individual or group yoga classes. • Massage options at our place.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: • Check-in from 15:00 till 00:00. Check-out from 00:00 till 12:00. • The cleaning of the space and the change of linen is carried out at no extra charge and every third day. This frequency can be changed after communication. For daily service the charge will be 30E for each of the additional days. • The swimming pool is provided free of charge, however. its heating is provided at an additional cost of 30 E per day.

You should notify us in time. • Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. • Due to the absence of a lifeguard, the pool is used at your own risk. • The cost of any losses or damage to the household equipment will be deducted from the guarantee amount.
